STEP 1 – Defining Your Vision

We define your vision by listening to you. We gather information through a preliminary questionnaire and a free 30 minute consultation.

STEP 2 – Designing and Budgeting

Collaborate with our design team or a local architect to develop detailed plans for your custom home, renovation or addition.
We provide a comprehensive and detailed budget for your project.

STEP 3 – Contract and Permits

Our contract will be explained and reviewed to set the terms for the remainder of the client/contractor relationship. Our transparency makes the relationships work.
We will assist you in obtaining all the required permits and approvals.

STEP 4 – Construction Start Up

The building process starts, bringing your vision to life.
