“When we moved to the Valley there were no homes that were a fit for our need so we took the bold move to buy a fixer upper in a neighborhood we loved. Coast Catalyst Construction helped transform an outdated house into a modern home that met the needs of our family. We changed the floor plan and Sayre expertly scheduled the trades and hired the best sub-trades and employees. This was a fairly large renovation with projects throughout the home including three bathrooms, a kitchen renovation and more. He was also always a phone call away if we had questions and always looked out for our interests and budget. I thank our lucky stars for how well our renovation went and we love our beautiful home.”

“We moved to Courtenay in March 2017. The house we bought had been rented for several years and required major renovations. We didn’t know any contractors in the area. Our realtor Lisa Zuk contacted Sayre for us. He had completed a renovation to her home which she was very happy about. Sayre and his crew worked on the house from May until the end of September. The house was gutted. The windows and doors were reconfigured and replaced. Interior walls were moved. A whole new kitchen was installed. We really enjoyed working with Sayre…”
